I was born as the child of a physiotherapist and a DVD-addicted geriatric nurse (about 4,000 films in an 80m² apartment) and received the passion "film" in the cradle. So it was not surprising for my parents, but unfortunately also not very pleasant, that I wanted to become a filmmaker myself. After many very bad short films and two internships during the summer vacations at the company "One Two Films", I went to the SAE Institute Berlin in 2017 to study "Digital Filmproduction". During the years I learned a lot about the profession and produced short films, music videos and image films. At graduation, on the other hand, I took all my courage together and shot a feature film, following the example of Robert Rodriguez. After my cameraman had sold his motorcycle and I had plundered the money I had saved for years, we had enough money to shoot the film with our ideas in mind. With an additional 4,000€ from a crowdfunding campaign we finally came up with a total budget of 10,000€, from which we were also able to pay our cast a small, insignificant salary. The result was the 90-minute feature film "All Cowns Are Bastards," in which a man-eating killer clown goes vegan. During the long, Corona-induced post-production period, I was already shooting my second feature film with the working title "Fuck This World." Since we had spent "only" 5.000€ for our first film, we could now spend a little more money. The film will be finished in 2023 and will probably be released in 2024.
