Keily Delgado-Chacon

Hello! My name is Keily Delgado-Chacon. I am a first-generation college student and first generation American, with my roots stemming from Venezuela! I'm a student at Ringling College of Art and Design in my last of earning a BFA in Computer Animation! I am currently working on the production of my 2-Minute 3D animated comedy musical, "Magic 8 Ball". This film, born a year ago in my Junior year from of late-night anxieties and thesis-induced panic, started with a simple object: the Magic 8 ball. We all know it, we all love it and we can always rely on it to answer all our life's questions... right? It was something familiar and simple. But Ocho's story, his realization that he isn't perfect, became a mirror to my own. Life's unpredictable, it throws you off course, and sometimes, the most important discoveries are made when you realize you're lost. It's a personal lesson I learned throughout my time at Ringling, that sometimes you have to embrace the unpredictable and get through tough times to learn that some things are out of your control! You just got to roll with it (pun intended)
