Paolo Ameli
Paolo Ameli, 53 years old, was born in Genoa. After completing his studies in architecture, he works as an art director for various advertising agencies in Genoa. He also works as a freelance photographer. Over the years he has made several short films that have won several national awards.He moved to Milan in 1997 where he began collaborating with Mercurio Cinematografica as production assistant, producer and director.He has been a Freelance director since 1999. He is the author and director of several video clips and institutional videos. In 2002 he made the short film "Rosso Fango" which, among the various awards, won the David di Donatello in 2003, up to the semi-finalist selection at the 2004 Oscars in the "Live Action Short Film" section.
