Tyrel Lougheed

Tyrel Lougheed is a non-binary Indigenous 2Spirit Screenwriter, Story Editor, Actor, Director, and Producer. Tyrel studied Indigenous Independent Digital Filmmaking at Capilano College in North Vancouver, BC before pursuing Screenwriting at Vancouver Film School. Tyrel has been awarded Canada Council Grants and was recently funded by the Indigenous Screen Office to make his directorial debut with the short film This Modern Love, a Native American zombie romance.
