This is the first chapter of a journey into neurodiversity, a gentle journey ‘beyond the medical gaze’, with a focus on self-representation. Guide and mentor of the production is Enrico Valtellina, an authoritative voice in the current debate on the issues, the title of the film is taken from one of his publications (‘Tipi Umani Particolarmente Strani - La sindrome di Asperger come oggetto culturale’, Mimesis 2016), now a reference.
