Harald Takke

Steven and Harald Takke, born and raised in Frankfurt am Main, a city that has significantly shaped their creativity. Both completed their studies in Graphic and Communication Design at the Academy of Visual Arts in Frankfurt, where their graduation film "The Last Supper" won the German Youth and Generations Film Award. Since 2017, they have been working as the directing duo Takketwins and are active as freelance artists. During this time, they have completed a wide range of projects, from film to theater. Their work includes music videos for Universal Music, various TV channels (3Sat, ZDF), as well as involvement in the Disney+ series "Pauline." They mostly produce their works independently, presenting social issues in an artistic way. With their latest work, "Dream-Man," Steven and Harald explore Frankfurt's underworld and play with the clichés of society's marginalized groups. They wrote, produced, and directed this short film themselves.
