MICHELE BERNARDI Director and animator Training at Studio Secondo Bignardi and animator at Glm in Modena for the production of the first animated series of Altan's “Pimpa” and Cavandoli's “La Linea.” Awards and honors: Bit Movie (Riccione), Jazz bit in Turku (1994) (Finland), Foreign Animation Silver Award at 13th Shanghai Television Film Festival ( 2006). In panorama at Annecy in 2012 with “Djuma”, competing at Animafest (Zagreb) 2012, Animateka, Anibar, Fest Anca, Anima Mundi, ReAnima and many others. “Mercurio"(2018) has participated in more than 200 international festivals, as well as numerous special mentions, wins as best animated short at Animaphix, Fescimed in Madrid, Imaginaria, Animaevka in Mogilev, Tindirindis in Vilnius, Bcn sport Film Festival in Barcelona, Sardinia Film Festival, Castelli Animati, Amarcort, Sciacca film Fest, Metricamente corto, Lucania Film Festival, Youngabout in Bologna and Pentedattilo Film Festival. A finalist in the Nastri d'argento and semifinalist in the David di Donatello, it was presented at the Institute of Italian Culture in Paris. Commercial spots for: Barilla Mulino Bianco, Nestlè, Istat, Pomellato, Zanotta, Rai3 “Viva la Crisi” and Ayrton Senna Foundation. Music videos: there are about seventy video clips produced for Tre allegri ragazzi morti, Luca d'Alberto, Le luci della centrale Elettrica, Colapesce, Punkreas, 24 Grana, Prozac+, The Zen Circus, Alfio Antico, Teresa De Sio, Extraliscio, Gianna Nannini, Pacifico, Eduardo De Crescenzo and others. In 2015 he made the animations and animated titles for Marcello Fonte and Paolo Tripodi's film, Asino Vola, and in the summer of 2020 he made the animations for Alessandro Preziosi's documentary “La legge del terremoto” . Lecturer in animation at the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo and L'Aquila.
