Chainsaws Were Singing is the debut feature film for director Sander Maran (born 1990, Estonia). After attending The Baltic Film and Media School, his previously acclaimed short films include Curiosity Kills (2012), Framed by a Kid: LOLLIPOP MASSACRE (2012), Rubik's Cube Terror (2012), Turbosledge! (2013).
