Noir? Yes. Action? Nah, too little fighting. That rooftop chase needed to be hardcore, not four seconds. But the P.I. mood is classy.

Thank god it was short! I couldn't handle a long movie about a drunk crow. But this was straight to the point, good pace. Didn't drag, that's a huge win!
