In Two thousand and twenty-four, a series of unsolved murders, in the African country of Ghana, Led the National Intelligence Bureau, N.I.B to investigate any possible links between the cases. It soon became clear that these cases may not only be linked but the answer to solving the crimes may lie in the United Kingdom. In a highly politically motivated move, The N.I.B Was immediately granted special dispensation to send two officers to the UK, to carry fire arms and investigate on British soil. Although they are allowed to be here, the British government doesn't really want them here.

REVIEWS:

The film pleasantly surprised me with its scope: an international investigation, political tension, and the clash of two systems create the feel of a full-scale thriller. The editing is a bit aggressive at times, but the filmmakers’ signature energy absolutely works.

This is exactly the kind of story I enjoy an investigation that stretches from Ghana to the UK. The NIB agents aren’t superheroes, just determined professionals, and that makes the intrigue feel real.

Live Screenings Attendee

The film is ambitious but uneven. The concept of a cross-border investigation is strong, though some dialogue lacks rhythm and certain scenes could use more breathing room. Still, the film deserves credit for its boldness.

Live Screenings Attendee

What I like is that Underworld never tries to be clean or polished. Guns, chases, tense interrogations, it’s got all the stuff an action fan wants. Some sequences really deliver that adrenaline punch.

Live Screenings Attendee

The story is strong, but at times it feels like the film tries to cover too much at once. I wanted more quiet moments, everything happens so fast that the characters’ emotions don’t always settle in.

Live Screenings Attendee

Ghanaian officers operating in the UK that alone is an emotionally charged setup. You feel the tension, the injustice, the pressure, and that really pulls you in.

Live Screenings Attendee

Honestly, I just enjoyed it! Some action, some detective work, engaging characters. A perfect movie for a chill evening.

Live Screenings Attendee

For me, the pacing felt too jumpy - too many events, not enough focus. The acting is solid, but the presentation is occasionally overloaded. Strong concept, but I wanted a tighter execution.
