Audience Network Terms

1. Who these Terms apply to

1.1. These Terms apply to everyone who joins the LSN Audience Network as a Verified Insider or a Professional Reviewer ("Reviewer") on https://www.livescreeningsfilmfestival.com ("Website"), operated by Magwill Entertainment LLC (United States) and Magwill LLC (Georgia, ID 402218168).

1.2. These Terms are additional to the Website’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where they differ on the subject of ratings, reviews and viewer data, these Terms apply.

2. What the Audience Network is

2.1. The LSN Audience Network is a panel of viewers who watch films and read screenplays presented at LSN festivals and screenings, and who give structured ratings and written reviews in return for access.

2.2. The purpose of the Network is to produce genuine audience response data for filmmakers and screenwriters. Reviewers are not employees, contractors or agents of LSN.

3. Eligibility

3.1. You must be 18 years of age or older.

3.2. You must register as a site member with a valid email address that you own and control.

3.3. One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.

4. What we ask of you

4.1. Watch or read the works made available to you, in full, before rating them.

4.2. Give your own honest opinion. Do not rate a work in which you, a relative, an employer or a client has any involvement or financial interest. If you are connected to a work, tell us and skip it.

4.3. Do not use automated tools, artificial intelligence or another person to generate your ratings or reviews.

4.4. Participation is voluntary. There is no minimum number of reviews, and there is no payment.

5. How your ratings and reviews are used

5.1. Your ratings and written reviews are shared in full with the filmmaker, screenwriter or rights holder of the work you reviewed.

5.2. Your written reviews may be published on the Website, including on the public page of the work, attributed to the display name you provide. You may choose a display name that is not your legal name.

5.3. Your ratings and reviews are used in LSN’s audience reports, including reports that LSN supplies to filmmakers, distributors, buyers and other industry partners, and for which LSN may charge a fee.

5.4. In those reports, individual reviewers are identified only by aggregate characteristics, never by name, email address or any other detail that identifies you personally.

5.5. LSN may edit reviews for length, remove personal attacks or unlawful content, or decline to publish a review. LSN does not alter the substance of your opinion.

6. Your profile information

6.1. When you join, you give profile information such as age group, country, education, viewing habits and genre preferences. This information exists so that audience response can be reported by segment rather than as a single number.

6.2. This information is used only in aggregate. It is never published, never sold, and never shared in a form that identifies you.

6.3. You may correct or remove your profile information at any time by writing to us.

7. What you receive

7.1. Free access to the LSN Festival Channel during festival periods, and invitations to LSN screenings and events.

7.2. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

7.3. LSN may end or suspend your access at any time, in particular if these Terms are not followed.

8. Protecting the works you see

8.1. Every work shown to you is unreleased or in festival circulation. Its commercial value depends on it not being copied or distributed.

8.2. You must not record, screenshot, download, copy, share or re-transmit any work, in whole or in part, by any means.

8.3. You must not disclose the content of an unreleased work outside the review you give to LSN, including on social media, before the rights holder has released it publicly.

8.4. Breach of this section ends your participation immediately and may give rise to claims by the rights holder.

9. Licence you grant

9.1. You keep ownership of everything you write.

9.2. You grant LSN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, excerpt and distribute your ratings and reviews for the purposes set out in section 5, including in commercial reports and in LSN’s marketing of its own services.

9.3. This licence continues after you leave the Network, so that reports already produced and works already published remain intact. It does not permit any new use outside section 5.

10. Leaving the Network

10.1. You may leave at any time by writing to us. Your access ends and we stop contacting you.

10.2. On request we delete your profile information and your account. Ratings and reviews already published or already included in a delivered report remain, as set out in section 9.3, but are no longer linked to your profile.

10.3. If you do not use your access for twelve consecutive months, LSN may end your participation and remove your access.

11. Changes

11.1. LSN may update these Terms. Each version carries a number and an effective date.

11.2. If a change materially affects how your ratings, reviews or profile information are used, LSN will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

12. Governing law

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in California, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be set aside.
