HOW WE WORK
From first conversation to closed deal
When you bring us a project, we don't jump straight to sending it out. We work in a deliberate sequence: understand the project and your goal, assess it on its merits, ground it in what the market is actually paying for comparable work, show you the realistic picture and our terms, then package it, take it to market, and — when there's a deal — negotiate, close and report.
Every step is here for a reason, and you see the reason.
Five stages
01· Assess
Your project, and the market it's entering — before either side commits to anything.
02 · Agree
Scope, terms, timeline and reporting, in writing.
03 · Build
The package a buyer or producer can evaluate quickly.
04 · Market
Structured outreach, tracked and reported.
05 · Close
Negotiation, delivery, and what comes next.
Step by step
01 · First conversation
You tell us about the project and what you want from it — a sale, representation, festival traction, financing. We ask a couple of focused questions to understand the project, its stage, and the rights you hold. No pressure, no pitch.
02 · Honest assessment
We read or watch the work and assess it on its merits: genre, audience, what makes it stand out, where it needs strengthening, and the state of your rights. You get a clear, candid read — not flattery. This is also where we say no, if no is the honest answer.
03 · Grounding it in the real market
We research comparable deals — what similar work actually sold for, to whom, on what terms — along with which buyers are active in your niche and what territories are worth. This is how expectations stay tied to reality instead of hype.
04 · Potential and plan
We show you a realistic revenue picture in plain scenarios — cautious, expected, upside — the channels and territories that fit, and our proposed terms. Clear numbers and a clear plan before any commitment.
05 · Agreement
Scope, goal, terms and reporting, in writing. Non-exclusive, twelve months, and you keep 100% of your copyright. You always know what we're doing, by when, and how we'll keep you informed.
06 · Packaging and marketing
We build the sales materials — positioning, one-sheet, deck, trailer or concept reel angle — and, where it helps, verified audience response from a screening. Your project reaches buyers as a clear product, not a bare logline.
07 · Taking it to market
A structured, four-phase process: targeted outreach, then strengthening proof and packaging against what the first wave told us, then leveraging screenings and relationships, and — if needed — alternative routes to an audience. Each phase informs the next. You see every approach and where it stands, including the passes.
08 · Negotiate and close
When there's real interest, we handle the term sheet and negotiation, bring in legal where needed, and close cleanly — with your rights protected.
09 · Deliver and continue
We hand over deliverables, report on what was done and what it produced, and stay in touch — for the next project, or to build a slate around your work.
How we ground revenue expectations
Numbers in this business are easy to inflate and hard to honour. We don't guess.

Before we talk potential, we look at what comparable projects — similar genre, scale and pedigree — actually earned across the channels that realistically apply to yours: territorial sales, streaming and on-demand, broadcast, and niche or educational licensing.
From there you get a range, not a single hopeful figure, and we're open about the costs that come out before anyone is paid — distribution commissions, marketing, deliverables, E&O.
Independent deals also take longer than anyone plans for. We build that into the picture rather than discovering it later.
How we're paid,
and why our incentives match yours
Our work is paid in two parts: a fee for the work itself — assessment, packaging, market effort — and a share of success when a deal closes.

That structure is deliberate. The fee means we're not dependent on pushing your project somewhere that doesn't serve it just to book a commission. The success share means we only win fully when you do.
We don't work on commission only. An arrangement where we're paid nothing for the work sounds generous and produces exactly the behaviour you don't want: whoever bites first, gets it.
You see the full terms before you commit to anything.
What we'll need from you
-
The finished materials — film master or screenplay, plus trailer or teaser where available.
-
A clear picture of the rights you control and the territories available.
-
Any existing reviews, awards or audience response.
-
Music, talent and archival clearances confirmed, or an honest account of where they stand.

Clean rights and a clear chain of title matter more than most filmmakers expect. We flag anything that needs tidying early, so it never costs us a deal later — and it does cost deals, regularly, at exactly the moment when someone finally says yes.
An honest word on expectations
We don't promise a sale. Anyone who does is selling a certainty this market doesn't offer.
What we promise is a real process, run with discipline and read honestly: we find out what the market is telling us about your project, act on it, and tell you the truth at each step.
Sometimes that leads to a sale, an option, or representation. Sometimes to a different route to an audience. Sometimes to the conclusion that the project isn't going to sell in its current form — and hearing that early is worth more than a year of polite silence.
Either way, you'll always know where you stand, and why.
