Ghalia Khaled Haddad

Ghalia Haddad is an emerging filmmaker based in Amman, Jordan. Recently graduating with a degree in design and visual communication, Ghalia has always been drawn to filmmaking as a powerful medium to explore the subconscious mind and foster deeper self-understanding. She has directed three short films, including two experimental pieces and one narrative, each reflecting her interest in blending emotional storytelling with avant-garde elements to reflect the absurdity of our human mind. In addition to filmmaking, Ghalia has explored various artistic mediums such as collage, collage animation and illustration. Her ultimate goal is to direct a feature narrative that combines emotional depth with a unique, experimental aesthetic that reflects the absurdity and beauty of our inner experiences.
