SUI

I really liked the film -bright, powerful, concentrated. Do robots need feelings? How can this be expressed? It was amazingly shown how a feeling arises (is read), develops, and manifests. I even started to feel this feeling myself) Thank you!

SVEVA CAETANI: RECAPITULATION - A JOURNEY

Amazing, deep, all-encompassing, and very beautiful! What a dramatic, elevated, and very true-to-life plot! What subtle, realistic philosophy and an incredibly poignant and soft form of storytelling that penetrates to the depths of the soul. It moved me to tears twice. Very resonant and relevant. Thank you very much!

TELEPATHIC LETTERS

A masterpiece! Real ART in form and content. I'm in shock. Mind-blowing and a storm of emotions. Many thoughts are familiar. But how cool they are presented! How they are designed! And these ideas, suddenly, from absurdity acquire realism. A powerful effect - all barriers and mindsets in the head become shaky and vulnerable. Space appears for one's own 'delusional' ideas. Even the surrounding world is perceived somehow differently. Huge thanks!!!

TILL A DEATH

The actress (Konstantina Stathopoulou -?) is incredible. The whole film rests on her face and voice. The way she touches her neck, as if checking if she herself is alive after slitting her husband's throat. It’s a very strong performance.

DISTURBIA

It’s a powerful metaphor for adaptation. The hybrid shifts shape to survive in an aggressive environment but loses its human form. A sad story about the loss of the Self under social pressure.

THE BRUTE

The scene where Maria asks which word to emphasize is gold. It’s a perfect deconstruction of bad directing. The actress playing Maria is magnificent in her deadpan delivery next to that pile of hair.

INVISIBLE MACHINES

Hard to watch. The sound keeps cutting out or doesn't sync with the image. I get that it's an experimental move to show gaps in translation, but it's more annoying than educational. I wanted to learn how the machine works, not solve puzzles.

TELEPATHIC LETTERS

This is a philologist's dream. The idea of merging Lovecraft's Weird Realism and Pessoa's Sensationism is brilliant. They never met, yet their correspondence sounds frighteningly plausible. The text is the protagonist here, while the images merely create a hypnotic background.

MEMORY PAINT

As a narrative, it’s a bit blurry. We understand the protagonist is grieving, but the journey into the photograph is shown a bit too surreally. However, for the experimental animation genre, it’s forgivable. Here, emotion takes precedence over logic.

MEMORY PAINT

To be honest, I cried. When the girl touches the water and those ripples appear... it captures the feeling of loss so perfectly. It’s only three minutes, but it felt like being hugged and told everything will be okay. Very touching.

TILL A DEATH

I love the color grading. The cold, blue-green tones in the interrogation scenes create a sense of deadness. The shot where she stands with her back to the window reminds me of Edward Hopper paintings, loneliness and isolation.

SUI

The hardest part of AI video is keeping the character's face consistent. Here, SUI is recognizable in every frame: Asian features, headphones, the red dress. Character consistency is top-notch; it's a big step forward for NeuralPunks.

TELEPATHIC LETTERS

I fell asleep 15 minutes in. It’s just an audiobook with a very weird screensaver. No plot, just two guys mumbling about life and philosophy. Fine for an art gallery, but not for a cinema.

THE DIMENSIONAIRES: PRELUDE TO ABRAXAS

This is an allegory for our life in the digital age. We are the Dimensionaires, trying to escape into virtual worlds (higher planes), but reality (the sorcerers) constantly finds ways to invade and destroy our peace. Relevant.

INVISIBLE MACHINES

This isn't a documentary for Discovery. It's an essay on the nature of information. The film demands attention; it doesn't spoon-feed facts but shows the process of meaning-making through errors, pauses, and diagrams. An intellectual pleasure.
