BLOOD IN BATON ROUGE: VOL 1- DERRICK TODD LEE
The subject matter is incredibly dark. I felt the pacing was a bit slow for a 101-minute runtime; it sometimes felt more like a TV movie. However, the psychological aspect of the investigation and the sheer terror of the victims were captured perfectly.

THE VILLAGE PHANTOM
I was fascinated by the pitch and the short excerpt. The idea of exploring how a community unconsciously protects a threat like a drug dealer out of sheer self-preservation is brilliant. Fiona’s 'badger-like' journalism makes for some very sharp character interactions on the page

MY FATHER AND QADDAFI
An amazing film. One of the best I have ever seen in my life. Powerful, deep, and enlightening. It is about the strength, purity, courage, intellect, and kindness of a great man - M. Kikhia. About his beautiful and highly dignified family. After watching this film, it makes you want to become purer and brighter too. Thank you!!!

HIDDEN WORLDS
A very beautiful, interesting, and unusual film. For the first time, I saw the underwater world through the eyes of technical divers. Amazing people and stories. How softly and delicately they touch upon hidden "unfinished stories". How the destinies of different countries intertwine through the depths. The commonality of different nations is revealed through tragedies without judging who is right or wrong. Just facts in the meditative beauty and depth of the world and history. Thank you!

BURYAT IN EUROPEAN CINEMA

BURYAT IN EUROPEAN CINEMA

BURYAT IN EUROPEAN CINEMA

BURYAT IN EUROPEAN CINEMA
What a tragic and majestic figure! The scale of the post-1917 emigration is usually told through the lens of the Russian aristocracy, but seeing it through the eyes of a Buryat actor in Paris is a completely fresh perspective. Artem Burlov managed to restore a missing puzzle piece of European cinema history. The ending with the pilot and the Arc de Triomphe was very poetic. A beautiful tribute.

BURYAT IN EUROPEAN CINEMA
I have to admit, I knew nothing about Valery Inkizhinov before this film. It’s crazy to think that someone could be so famous in European cinema and completely erased from history in his own homeland for 70 years! The story of his family, progressive teachers from a tiny Siberian settlement, is fascinating. The documentary felt a bit traditional in its structure, like a classic TV biopic, but the story itself is strong enough to keep you watching.

THE BUDETLYANE
To be completely honest, documentaries about mental disabilities aren't really my thing. I usually go for horror or comedy. But because it was only a 25-minute short, I watched. And I'm really glad I did! The kids are surprisingly funny and genuine. The rehearsals were chaotic but extremely charming. It actually left me with a big smile on my face.
