Nana Tchitchoua (b. 1978, Tbilisi, Georgia) is a Los Angeles–based artist and experimental filmmaker working across painting, printmaking, and moving image. Since immigrating to the U.S. in 1992, her work has explored spirituality, memory, and the inner psyche. Her films inhabit a poetic space between time and form, blending intimate observation with meditative narrative. She frequently collaborates with her husband and creative partner, experimental animator T. Wade Ivy; together they have directed and produced a body of experimental films over the past two decades, screened at international festivals and art venues. Both artists hold a BFA in Art and an MFA in Experimental Animation from the California Institute of the Arts.
