Four characters inhabit cycles within cycles of contentment, discontentment, inertia, movement, desire, and betrayal. A story emerges—told through the marriage of music (Ex-Fiancée) and dance (ChrisMastersDance)—functioning as a set of nesting dolls, inviting you to uncover as many layers as you wish. A street artist who creat gloomy graffiti wants to depict something similar on a dull gray wall next to the bar, but falls asleep from fatigue. His spray cans laying on the ground were used by a couple heading for the bar to draw something bright on the wall. More and more people join them. Gradually, joint creativity leads to the fact that the wall becomes a wonderful work of art. Now, during the pandemic, when people have been divided and frightened for a long time, I really want to show that humanity has always strived and strives for beauty. In any conditions it is trying to turn gloomy negativity into bright reality.

|YOU ARE ENOUGH| is an ode to imperfection. It talks about identity, diversity, singularity. It’s about 4 people that interact with each other, sometimes they are happy and confident, in love or generous, sometimes they are angry, selfish or weak. It is a choreographic poem that expresses and represents moments of life, the beauty and complexity of humanity with poetry, sensibility and humor. You are Enough is an ode to self acceptance, it’s a love shoot to accept ourself as we really are and stop being afraid of not being beautiful/legitimate/smart/competent/interesting/... enough, for doing what we really want to do. We often work with the pressure of being perfect, the best, where the constant goal is always to do better and the feeling of not being good enough is really there. |You are Enough| aims welcome the dark and the bright side we all have inside us. This film is made through a series of sequence shots of almost 10min, where the dancers appear and disappear in the field of the screen, where the DOP, 5th dance partner, is creating a choreography with them as well.

From Cap Ferret traditional fishing boats to the narrow streets of Paris, the Poudre Noir duet will charm you with their quirky energy and their old-fashioned puns. Poetic and sharp texts played by a pair of rockers in studded shoes. Last summer, the traditional August 15 celebration was canceled in their village because of the global pandemic, but it took more than that to stop them. The two buddies improvised a very unique kind of concert and are now releasing their first EP named after their village, aka Canon. What a perfect opportunity for us to follow them during this wild adventure!

With a career that spans over four decades and across the globe, Jamaican singer Pat Powell (Patou) is one of Australia’s most accomplished yet hidden vocal talents. He is the artist that everyone wants to work with – the singer’s singer who sings with 15 bands, including the ARIA award-winning Melbourne Ska Orchestra. Born in the UK to Jamaican parents, Pat left the racism of the UK as soon as he could, although ‘stupidly’ found his way to Australia with its own racism issues. Father to four children from different mothers with varying ethnic backgrounds, Pat’s children all identify differently and raise a discussion about racism and where identity comes from.
