Yuyeon is a mime artist who speaks without words. After an accident leaves Sohyun hard of hearing—and still unfamiliar with sign language—the two fall into the habit of communicating by smartphone messages. Over time, their reliance on screens grows, and even when they share the same room, they begin to feel as if they’re miles apart. After a quarrel, they decide to take some time apart. Yuyeon then invites Sohyun to a special performance of his. A mime who communicates with his body—how can he convey his true feelings to a woman who cannot hear?

REVIEWS:

Excellent work with lighting. The cold, sterile light in the hospital hallway contrasts with the warm, intimate light on stage where he bares his soul. The visuals tell the story better than the dialogue.

Beautiful irony of fate. The guy is a mime who makes a living through silence, and his girlfriend loses her hearing. It would seem like a perfect match, but they managed to ruin everything with texting. His decision to invite her to a pantomime is a return to the roots of communication. The body doesn't lie, unlike text.

Antonio Domingo

Oh my god, this is so touching! Typical Kdrama vibes: first the tragedy with the gas blast, and then the attempt to heal the love. The lead actor is so handsome, even when sweaty and crying on stage. I cried when he said he wants to go over this wall between them.

Jose Fornies

The film raises an important issue. The smartphone, which was supposed to help, became a crutch. Even in the same space, it felt like we were far away - is a diagnosis for our entire generation, not just deaf people. Screens kill intimacy
