The film nails the reality that poverty isn’t a personality trait, it’s a trap. You see how the system nudges young guys toward risky choices because the “legal” path is barely accessible. And there’s no preaching, just honest observation.

I loved that the heist isn’t glossy. No master plans, no slick impossible tricks. Everything is messy, realistic, frantic. And that’s exactly why it works. It’s more psychological than criminal.

The film is well-acted, but I felt the pacing lagged in places. Some scenes could be tighter, others sharper. Still, the potential is strong, and the characters hold up especially well in the moral conflict moments.

It honestly got me. You feel how the characters are torn between “doing right” and “doing what works.” Each of them is terrified of becoming a nobody.

The film surprised me with its structure. On the surface, it’s a classic “small-time guys in way over their heads” setup, but the character details, college stress, debt pressure, that boxed-in feeling, make it hit harder.
