Invited to create a public art project honoring Gloucester's legacy as a America's oldest fishing port, The NetWorks visionary Erika Senft Miller, gathered an international team of artists and set out to create an immersive installation with the local fishing community. The creative collaborators end up forging a deep connection and alliance with local fishermen and their families and, in the process, they uncover the deeper hardships and challenges of keeping this cherished maritime heritage afloat. The film is a documentary, a play, an experience, and a challenge to get this right before we lose it. Are you on board? Can you mend? Will you be caught in the Net?
