For me its a bit too heavy on self-help slogans and motivational speeches for my liking. The fruit costumes add color, yes, but 84 minutes of mental well-being advice got repetitive towards the end.

A very good, valid, and necessary film, but sooo drawn out. In the first half of the film, the topic of mental health didn't touch me emotionally, even though it is truly relevant. Long, boring, though valid, conversations beating around the bush. The second half, however, engages, emotionally grips you, and makes you empathize with and admire people navigating such complex stages of their lives so amazingly. It genuinely changes how you look at yourself, your situation, life, and the people around you. Thank you!
