Kerri Hill is an Australian creator with more than 25 years of experience across film, television, publishing, photography and visual design, including two decades in Hollywood as a makeup and special effects artist and educator. Her screen-industry background gives her a practical understanding of production, visual storytelling, character and world-building. Santiago has been developed with scale, budget, animal safety and the realities of production firmly in mind. A lifelong horsewoman, Kerri brings authentic knowledge of horses, stables and equestrian culture, grounding the series’ fantasy in believable detail. Based in Queensland, Kerri is the creator and sole owner of the Santiago IP and registered trademark, with a clear vision to develop it as a premium global series and enduring entertainment brand. The series brings together Kerri’s screen experience, lived perspective, production awareness and original storytelling in one fully realised world.
